I have a 4 bedroom manufactured home 2 bathrooms with front and back yard you can barbecue and listen to music is about 35 minutes from Coachella, all wood floors so no worries of any spills, beautiful view to the Salton Sea, cable in 2 rooms and living room you can even bring children one of the rooms is for a toddler, refrigerator, microwave and stove pretty much anything you need to make it your best trip to the Coachella Fest, there is large trees in the front yard that give you wonderful shade to relax in the front yard. If you need transportation, no problem. I would be more than happy to shuttle you to and from town.

Located on the north shore of the Sulten sea and surrounded by the Orocopia mountain wilderness, Mecca hills wilderness, Santa Rosa wilderness, Chocolate mountain range and about 30 minuets outside of Joshua Tree National Park and 5 minuets from Sulten sea state park. Located on the pacific flyaway the Sulten sea has hundreds of different species of birds making it a favorite stop for birdwatchers. 4X4 trails right out your backdoor, hiking, biking and walking. Amazing Rock hunting: about 13-15 different gem trails including the Himalayan tourmaline mine, fire agate and egg opals. The house sits on one acre of land and is fenced in, has onsite laundry, front and back porches with excellent views of the sea and surrounding mountain ranges. The community is small and is surrounded by the BLM managed by the rangers at Salton sea state park.

Views of the double fairway the Great Room with fireplace and luxurious Master Suite with a double walk-in shower, soaking tub, and large walk-in closet. The backyard is lush with palm & citrus trees surrounding the pebble finish pool & spa with panoramic views. The spacious patio is perfect for watching spectacular desert sunsets. The pool heat is on-demand, meaning we do not heat it when it's not in use or when no guests are staying. It heats up about 3 degrees per hour and it can get down into the 60's during the winter so if you want it heated upon your arrival please keep that in mind and notify us. Typically the pool needs to be heated from October through May. Pool and spa heat is minimal from June to September and you can heat the pool up to 83 degrees for up to 12 hours per day and the spa as high as you like for up to 12 hours per day from June to through the end of September at no additional charge. October Through April the charge is $40//day if pool heating is paid upfront for every day of the stay or $65/day if not. PGA West Community pools are heated to 80 degrees, we cap our pool heat at 83. Please read and follow the rules, you will be responsible for any fines or damage caused if you do not follow the HOA rules. 1) Please remember that you must display your parking pass on your dash where it's easily visible. PGA West rules, please keep the garage doors shut unless directly moving vehicles in or out. 2) There is a limit of 4 overnight vehicles per house and the HOA is against street parking unless absolutely necessary. EXECUTIVE ORDER 9 You can read the entire ordinance my searching the internet for Executive Order 9 short term rentals La Quinta The executive order is as follows during COVID-19: • 2 violations = suspension of STVR license • Immediate 90-day suspension for non-responsive owner/host • STVR rules apply regardless if unit is rented (applicable to owner or guest of owner) • Fines will be double • No sound amplification permitted outside • Noise limits • Suspensions to take place after current occupant vacates premise unless egregious offense in which suspension will be immediate – (simple administrative appeal process) ** *To be clear, HOA fines typically start at $750, plus take us hours to deal with so the min fine will be $1,000, with this order if you have outside music the city will also fine so the fines will start above $1,000, plus if an owner loses their permit that costs many times that amount so any outside music fines will likely be above $2,000, don't play music outside. * I have 4 kids, we love PGA West and the desert, playing the pool is fine. In addition to the stated cancellation policy, any credit/debit card processing fees will be deducted from the cancellation refund if a credit/debit card is used, generally around 3%. Additional rules You can heat the pool up to 80 degrees at no additional charge. There is a $40/day fee if you wish to heat the pool above 80 degrees or if you heat the pool overnight. The spa can be heated as high as you want at no additional fee (safely). very important rule and fine schedule reminder if you have never stayed in PGA West. Please make sure everyone staying with you and in your group is aware of these rules and the fine schedule. The rules are enforced and the fines are significant ranging from $ seven hundred fifty dollars to twenty five hundred dollars per event for noise violations with potential of much more damage because violations put our clients permit to short term rent the home at risk. Please read and follow the rules, you will be responsible for any fines or damage caused if you do not follow the HOA rules. Including fees to the property manager for addressing and processing fines. 1) PGA West rules, please keep the garage doors shut unless directly moving vehicles in or out. 2) There is a limit of 4 overnight vehicles per house and the HOA is against street parking unless absolutely necessary. Do not park in front of mail boxes or fire hydrants. If you have more than 3 cars you need to park at least 1 in the garage overnight, up to 2 cars can fit in the garage. 3) The golf course is private property, not common area, the HOA views people that have not checked in at the club house to golf as trespassers. 4) Our permit only allows for the number of guests we market the property for and your reservation only allows for the number of guests on your reservation. You must notify us of any visitors, if you have more people than are on the reservation at the home and security is called you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund. 5) Noise, no outside music our significant noise is allowed before 1pm or after 10pm, PGA West rules. If the neighbors can here anything coming from the house it’s a noise violation. Some people in the neighborhood are full time residents and they are noise and parking sensitive. They will call security and a citation will be issued, even if security doesn't tell you or give you the citation, they will send it to us. You can use the pool and spa after 10, just keep the noise level down inside and outside the home before 1pm and after 10pm. While this will not apply to 99% of you, If security comes a citation and fine will be issued and you will be responsible to pay. If security comes a second time you have to leave the home and not refund for remaining days of your reservation will be provided, in addition you will be responsible for any fines and damage caused. If you have any concerns about this please contact us. We manage this property and it’s our job to collect these fines and make sure the homeowners permit is not put at risk. If security is called to the house house the first fine will be $ one thousand dollars. If security is called a 2nd time the fine is an additional $ twenty five hundred dollars and your reservation will be terminated with no refund. Views from the great room with fireplace and Master Suite with a double walk-in shower, soaking tub and large walk-in closet. A living room could be used as a 4th sleeping area. ???????High speed internet The pool heat is on-demand, meaning we do not heat it when it's not in use or when no guests are staying. It heats up about 3 degrees per hour and it can get down into the 60's during the winter so if you want it heated upon your arrival please keep that in mind and notify us. Typically the pool needs to be heated from October through May. Pool and spa heat is minimal from June to September and you can heat the pool up to 83 degrees for up to 12 hours per day and the spa as high as you like for up to 12 hours per day from June to through the end of September at no additional charge. October Through April the charge is $50//day if pool heating is paid upfront for every day of the stay or $75/day if not. PGA West Community pools are heated to 80 degrees, we cap our pool heat at 83. This property rents for a minimum of 31 nights.
